Established in 1991, Y.T.TENON Electronic Technology is a specialized manufacturer of car alarm systems and parking sensor systems. We distributed $6 million worth of our products to more than 50 clients in Europe, South America, the Middle East, Africa and Southeast Asia. Our sales income received a 20 percent increase from the previous year.
Each year we reinvest $1 million into R&D. Backed by 15 years' experience in two-way car alarms, we provide comprehensive customization services, allowing you to select from 35 functions and combine what you need. These functions include setting engine start time, setting engine start temperature, time indicator, vibration, arm and disarm. We have more than 40 designers, some of whom worked for TCL, Graco and Euco before joining us. Using advanced equipment such as CNC, high frequency signal emissions, spectrum analyzers and vibration machines, they release five new models each month, and prepare a working sample for you within 30 days.
Our 35 QC engineers conduct stringent inspections on materials, semi-finished units and finished products. All our finished products have CE, CCC and UL approvals. Moreover, ISO/TS16949 certification ensures our products can enter the automobile manufacturing and aftermarket sectors worldwide.
Our 9,000-square-meter production facilities house 20 production lines and advanced machinery such as wave-soldering machines and high-speed SMT machines. Each month we turn out 80,000 car alarms and 20,000 parking sensors, of which 50 percent are for export. We finish 500 sets within seven days, which is also the MOQ.
